Clam Cannery

only a select few will ever call it home

The Restoration of the 1885 Clam Cannery Building (Guilford Packing Company) on Port Townsend's downtown waterfront

Painstakingly restored by local artisans/craftsmen with an extensive use of materials reclaimed from the building, this historic structure is one of the Pacific Northwest's most unique overwater waterfront properties.

Sitting on Port Townsend Bay, the residences offer unobstructed views of the Cascades, the Olympic Mountains, Whidbey Island and the Strait of Juan DeFuca. You'll be surrounded by brick, hand-forged steel, hammered copper, concrete floors and countertops, hand-blown glass fixtures, radiant floor heat, hand-built custom cabinets and top of the line appliances.

Others will call the Clam Cannery a treasure; but with only 4 residences available, only a select few will ever call it home.
